FOTAS, Inc. (Foundation Tilus & Associates, Inc.) is a benevolent, non-profit, non-partisan, non-sectarian, philanthropic association founded by the Tilus family Associates citizens based in the USA and Kenscoff, Haiti. The foundation is concerned by the deterioration of Kenscoff, Haiti's coolest parts, and most of the sad situation's countryside population. 

Growing up in poverty, children face tough challenges, hunger and malnutrition, limited access to education and medical services, social discrimination, and isolation. But with your support, we can help children get health care, education, life skills, job-readiness training, and confidence to create lasting change in their lives and communities. Together, we can end poverty for good.

This foundation aims to provide charitable, medical, socio-religious, agricultural, and educational services that will promote and assist in the advancement and progress of Kenscoff, its people, and its surroundings. In the pursuit of this mission, the foundation may promote fundraising activities, receive and accept property by way of gift from persons, trusts, or Corporations in as much as permitted by Federal and State Laws.

The process of these fundraising events and donations will fund the Charitable and Educational activities set forth by the Association under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Our vision is to accomplish our objectives through the following:

• Organizing educational activities to instruct the population.
• Promote and assist the population and its surroundings in sanitization need.
• Embellish and promote the progress of the community.
• Collect money, equipment, and goods donated by blank members, charitable organizations, Haitians, and friends of the organization, and send them to the community.
• Solicit, establish, maintain, and administer funds necessary to reach these objectives.
• Remain a non-political, non-sectarian association whose sole mission is to help improve Kenscoff and its surroundings.
